SCD Weekly Meal Plan 3/2/2015

Monday

  • Breakfast – 2 pancakes, hard boiled egg, banana
  • Lunch – shredded chicken, wilted spinach with garlic, olive oil, cheese
  • Snack – SCD yogurt
  • Dinner – Chicken stir fry

Tuesday

  • Breakfast – yogurt, hard boiled egg w/ cheese, banana
  • Lunch – left over chicken stir fry
  • Snack – pears w/ almond butter
  • Dinner – Shepherds Pie

Wednesday

  • Breakfast – 2 pancakes, homemade sausage patty, banana
  • Lunch – omelet w/ broccoli, cheese
  • Snack – Pumpkin muffin / yogurt
  • Dinner – Leftover shepherds Pie

Thursday

  • Breakfast – Yogurt, Pumpkin muffin , Banana
  • Lunch – Hard boiled egg, cheese, steamed veggies
  • Snack – apples w/ almond butter
  • Dinner – Chicken taco soup

Friday

  • Breakfast – SCD pancakes, banana, homemade sausage patty
  • Lunch – Leftover Chicken taco soup
  • Snack – hard boiled egg, cheese, yogurt
  • Dinner – leftovers

Saturday

  • Breakfast – veggie omelets
  • Lunch – Minestrone soup
  • Snack – cheese, strawberries, yogurt
  • Dinner – deconstructed burgers, apple sauce, salad

Sunday

  • Breakfast – yogurt, blueberries, eggs
  • Lunch – minestrone soup
  • Snack – almond butter, apples, cheese
  • Dinner – pancake Sunday, bacon, eggs, fruit
